Food safety holder

I have used one of these before and liked it. I originally had the slicer and the holder but eventually the holder broke and the slicer went dull after years of use. I've bought both again because the slicer and holder work so quickly together. I'm just as happy with the new set as I was with the old set. That's why I bought them again.
